A mix of healthy meals, snacks, sharing platters and more hearty meals awaits you as you enter through our doors. Our menu caters for all as we continually develop our food around customer's needs, with a variety of filled breads and snacks to traditional grilled steaks and Glamorgan pork. A more healthy approach has been introduced as we serve a variety of salads for the more health conscious among us.

"We are regular visitors to Salt at the weekends. As always the food was great and the staff were attentive without going over the top. They always seem to get the balance just right. I'd recommend the Fish and Fries to anyone!"

You can enjoy a delicious breakfast that includes the classic traditional Full English – there’s nothing better than enjoying your breakfast watching the people go by over sun drenched Cardiff Bay.
